On letterhead of Dr. C.C. Perry and addressed from 214 W. 42nd. With accompanying envelope addressed to Winter at 3rd Ave., New Brighton, Staten Island, N.Y. Also with a small note in Winter's hand explaining the subject of the letter: "Abusive letter to me from a man named Perry, who wanted to borrow $250.00 ... I declined as he was a stranger to me. Hence this epistle. W.W."
